Great location and good springboard for sightseeing around Hamamatsu.
The location was excellent, very near to the train station.
However some of the rooms could do with a refurbishment as it was showing its age.

The best location for travelers passing by Hamamatsu
It's well located, you have all shops and restaurants nearby. The train station is super close, you can even get the shinkansen there. It's a simple room for who is not going to spend a lot of time in it. It does the job quite well.
I have nothing bad to say in particular, I think it matched the expectations.

It was a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the Daiwa Roynet Hotel chain.
Typical but comfortable business hotel within short walking distance from JR/Enshu Railway stations. Bought breakfast at a convenience store on the ground floor, open 24/7.
One small particular point; the narrow gap between the bathtub and the bathroom wall should be sealed to prevent water from intruding I guess.
